really good pasta salad

jess.t has the best recipe I've found so far. It's very versatile also. I've used:
artichoke hearts
black beans
sun dried tomatoes
roasted red pepper
and whatever else I have on hand

it's really fantastic. I used a blender to mix the oil, mustard, and vinegar so it was super easy. We use Dreamfields low carb pasta. I also like that I can stop and come back to the recipe at pretty much any point if Ezra calls me.

I made it last night without the corn since pd dislikes corn. It tastes yummy, hopefully the small group people will likes it. Oh and you've been tagged.
